A Memory Verse Craft

God communicates to us through the Bible - it is like a letter passed down through the ages. Some of the greatest promises in the Bible are about Heaven itself and the promise of a wonderful new life living with God.

This craft includes verses about Heaven, Primary and Junior Memory Verses (Year B, 4th Quarter) which are displayed as little envelopes on a poster.

Materials

Letter template
- Blank (small - five per page)
- Blank (large - one per page)
- Promises about Heaven
  - Page 1
  - Page 2
- Primary Memory Verses
  - Page 1
  - Page 2
  - Page 3
- Junior Memory Verses
  - Page 1
  - Page 2
  - Page 3
Paper/Card to display verses (the size of this will depend on the number of verses you wish to display)
Glue
Any materials for decorating - glitter, stamps, stickers etc.

Method

Print out desired template. For added interest print out onto different coloured paper.
If using blank template, write out desired verses onto each letter.
Cut out each verse and fold bottom of paper to the bottom of the flap. Fold flap down so that each verse looks like a small envelope.
Attach to poster paper and decorate.
