This is a lovely soft, no-cook recipe for playdough.  

Ingredients

2 cups plain flour

1 cup salt

1 tablespoon cream of tartar

2 tablespoons cooking oil

approx. 2 cups boiling water

1-2 teaspoons food colouring

Method

• Sift dry ingredients together.

• Mix oil, water and food colouring together.  

• Add gradually to dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.

• Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
