Take One Jar - Bible Craft

There are a number of stories about jars in the Bible, so I thought I would create two simple templates that could be adapted and used for these stories. Look below for a list of ideas!

The Wedding at Cana

There are two templates.

One Large Jar
Small Jars (six in total)

This is how we used the craft for the story of the Wedding at Cana.

Ideas for Large Jar

Have children write in their own words the Bible story.
Draw a picture of the Bible story on the jar.
Decorate the jar as desired - eg. use confetti to decorate the jar for the story of the Wedding at Cana.

Ideas for Small Jar

Use jars to create a collage of the story. Decorate as desired again using confetti (if appropriate) or stickers, coloured paper etc. See the picture above for an example.
